  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Job Description:

The Pilot Support Specialist supports product pilot programs by serving as a primary point of contact for participants. This role is responsible for troubleshooting issues, documenting and tracking defects in Jira, gathering user feedback, and coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve the pilot experience. The ideal candidate has strong customer support, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Compensation:

$20-25

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
