Job Description

Supports the project team and help the team perform at their highest level. This involves removing any impediments to progress, facilitating meetings, and working with the product owner to make sure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for the next sprint. The Scrum master must be proficient at the skills to guide the team on how to utilize Agile/Scrum practices and understand the values of the project which will satisfy customer, guide the team on how to get the most from self organization and guide the team on filling intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum process. The scrum master must be professional at interaction with the product owner, other scrum teams, technical staff and management

Qualifications

Minimum of 5-7 years of Scrum Master experience
Minimum of 5-7 years experience using Agile-tracking tools (Jira, Confluence - a must)
Knowledge and experience with advanced Agile techniques such as: TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing
Certified Scrum Master (CSM or related certification strongly preferred)
