What is a temporary technical game designer?

A Temporary Technical Game Designer is a professional hired for a limited period to work on the technical aspects of game design, such as scripting gameplay mechanics, implementing interactive features, and optimizing game systems. They bridge the gap between design and programming by collaborating with artists, developers, and other designers to prototype and refine gameplay experiences. Their role often involves using game engines and scripting languages to bring game concepts to life quickly and efficiently.
