JOB DETAILS
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the Logistics department by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help optimize the supply chain processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in data collection and analysis to track supply chain performance, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and transportation costs.
  2. Support the development and implementation of supply chain optimization strategies.
  3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
  4. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.
  5. Identify and resolve supply chain issues related to delays, shortages, or inventory discrepancies.
  6. Maintain supply chain databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  7. Prepare ad-hoc reports and perform various data analyses as needed to support decision-making.
  8. Assist in preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
  6. Basic understanding of supply chain principles and logistics processes.
  7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Previous internship or experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
