Production Worker
Irving, TX 75061

Overview:
A leading packaging and manufacturing company in Irving, Texas is hiring Production Workers for both 1st and 2nd shift. This position involves working with thermoformed plastic parts and packaging materials in a fast-paced production environment. Duties include handling, inspecting, trimming, and preparing plastic products using hand and power tools. This is a full-time position that will transition into permanent employment with added incentives and compensation based on performance.

Shift Schedule: (Both Available)
  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM = $15.00/hr + OT
  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM = $15.50/hr + OT

Job Duties:
  • Work with thermoformed plastic parts and packaging materials according to specifications
  • Handle, inspect, trim, and prepare plastic products using hand and power tools
  • Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily output targets
  • Perform quality checks on finished plastic products for accuracy and defects
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting

Requirements:
  • 3–6 months of experience using hand and power tools required
  • Previous production, manufacturing, or assembly experience (plastic or thermoforming preferred)
  • Comfortable working with plastic materials and production equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs consistently throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment for 8–12 hour shifts
  • Must be dependable with strong attendance and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment in Texas
  • Must clear pre-employment E-Verify, criminal background check, and drug screening
