Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We're looking for Production Associates to help manufacture plastic lids used for food and beverage containers. In this role, you'll remove products from production machines, pack them into boxes, and help keep the production area clean and organized.

This is an entry-level position with paid training, steady hours, and opportunities for growth. You'll work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Remove plastic lids from production machines and pack them into boxes
  • Follow all safety, quality, and food safety procedures
  • Report equipment, safety, or quality concerns to supervisors
  • Monitor production lines to keep operations running smoothly
  • Sort and recycle scrap materials properly
  • Assist quality inspectors when needed
  • Identify and report defective products
  • Assemble cartons and stack finished products on pallets
  • Label boxes and packaging accurately
  • Follow production orders and work instructions
  • Support team members and complete assigned tasks
  • Cross-train on different machines and production processes
Requirements
  • Able to work 12-hour day or night shifts
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Comfortable with repetitive work, bending, and light to moderate lifting
  • Reliable and dependable attendance
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to safety and quality

Work Environment

This is a clean manufacturing facility that produces plastic lids for food containers. You'll spend most of your shift standing, moving, packing products, and working around automated machines. The job includes repetitive tasks, bending, and lifting boxes.

Both day and night shifts are available. The facility follows strict safety and food safety standards and provides anti-fatigue mats to help make standing more comfortable. You'll work closely with team leads, operators, and quality inspectors in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lee's Summit, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $19.25/hr.
