JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Seasonal Clerks to provide administrative and clerical support during our summer period. This temporary role offers hands-on experience in a professional office environment while supporting day-to-day operations and departmental projects.

This position is expected to run June through August (or similar seasonal timeframe based on business needs).

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and file organization
  • Support team members with daily tasks and departmental needs
  • Assist with special projects and assigned tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and organized documentation

COMPETENCIES - SKILLS

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay Range:

$27,600-$38,600

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
