Job Description
The Machine Tender supports daily production operations by assisting machine operators, monitoring equipment performance, and performing routine quality checks and maintenance activities. This role works on a day shift schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in a high-volume manufacturing environment and helps ensure that products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

This role is based in a large international manufacturing facility with approximately 280,000 square feet of production space and a workforce of over 100 people at the Medina site. The environment operates under a union structure and focuses on producing standard and custom-designed threaded and non-threaded components used across industries such as automotive, agricultural, appliance, consumer products, heavy machinery, marine, recreational equipment, truck and bus, aerospace, and military. The facility is not temperature controlled, so it can become hot in the summer and reflects a typical high-volume manufacturing setting with active machinery and material handling. Safety is a priority, and team members must wear steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs while in the production area.
