Job description

Rocky Fork Ranch, a Travel Resorts of America resort, is a unique campground offering the perfect combination of modern-day amenities and rustic camping. Over 255 campsites plus 120 lodging facilities make up the developed portion of Rocky fork Ranch Resort. Our resort accommodations are complemented by a clubhouse, indoor pool, fitness room, adult lounge, game room, riding stables and trails with much more in order to provide guests with the comforts they desire while enjoying our 850 acres of wooded and rolling landscape.
DUTIES
Implement and assign daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning programs. Examples include, but are not limited to these areas; pool, routine maintenance of buildings, garbage pickup, propane pumping, laundry servicing and various other campground equipment.
Perform basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, and maintenance to campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds as directed by the Resort Manager.
Provide excellent and friendly guest services by being attentive, responsive and helpful to all guests needs. Greet the guests at every opportunity by demonstrating a friendly welcome and professional demeanor.
Present a positive impression with a well-groomed appearance, smiles and proper uniform.
Comply with all federal and state safety programs by adhering to established guidelines in the operation and storage of various equipment, tools, and chemicals, ensuring your safety, as well as that of fellow staff and campground guests.
Report all customer problems, requests or complaints and follow up to resolve the issue.
Perform all other duties assigned by the campground manager.
Attend staff meetings
Make and meet goals set by yourself.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing equipment and installation.
Basic knowledge of pool operations (CPO certification may be required).
Basic knowledge of safe handling of chemical properties, handling and usage.
Basic knowledge of propane and gasoline dispensing (certification may be required).
Valid Driver's License is required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Long periods of standing, bending, and kneeling.
Must be able to safely operate various maintenance tools and equipment.
2 years Verifiable maintenance supervisor position preferred but not necessary
You must be able to work weekends as necessary Complete all scheduling and orders on a weekly basis
Light computer skills it is a must
