This location, operated by Convenience Stores Inc- a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum, is looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated individuals looking to assist in our growing Retail Operation.
Stock Crew are responsible for making sure the store is well stocked and orderly in appearance. Stock Crew will stock shelves, build displays, bag purchases for customers, unload trucks, organize the back room and clean store areas as required. They must be familiar with store products and their locations in order to assist customers. Stock Crew will follow all safety rules and other task assigned. This job includes any and all duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Education:
High School or equivalent
Experience & Skills:
Previous relevant experience is preferred. Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction. In addition, you must have good communication skills, and good personal grooming habits.
Note: This company participates in the E-verify program. This position is subject to a 90 day introductory period. This introductory period is designed, primarily, to give both the Company and the employee an opportunity to determine whether the employee will be able to adequately perform in the assigned job position. At the end of the introductory period, your performance will be reviewed and a decision made regarding your continued employment or any extended introductory period. All employees are hired as temporary employees until their introductory period has elapsed. Temporary employees are not eligible for any benefits during the introductory period.

  • All positions require open availability and no special accommodations can be made or guaranteed.
  • Crew Schedules are determined by business needs therefore all schedules must be flexible. This position is variable, which means changing schedules are a requirement of this job.

Physical Requirements:
  • Physical requirements include standing up to 8 hours during a shift and able to lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
