Responsibilities

The Retail Stocker is responsible for stocking, rotating, and merchandising KeHE supplied product for assigned customers within a region. To be successful in this role, the Retail Stocker must understand the movement of products and prioritization of temp zones. A Retail Stocker should be knowledgeable of stores’ products and provide customers with useful information to improve shopping experience and strengthen the overall relationship with customer. As with all KeHE employees, individuals must perform all duties in alignment with KeHE’s mission, vision and core values.


Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Valid driver’s license & clean MVR required.
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in grocery industry
  • Microsoft Outlook experience required
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to be exposed to cold or warm temperatures for occasional work in a walk-in cooler and/or freezer and outdoors. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for entire shift, as well as, bend, squat, push or pull as necessary.
