Job description

We are one of the fastest growing staffing agencies in the Chicago area. Our growth has created opportunity for a career focused temporary staffing industry professional to lead our Aurora Office team. We seek an industrial temporary staffing industry experienced leader who is an impact player. Our client job needs include warehouse and manufacturing general labor as well as a variety of semi skilled and skilled opportunities to include temporary and temp-to-hire staffing. This is a fast paced office, very busy.

Position Summary: Primary focus is the recruitment, screening and placement process of temporary employees. Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch office with the highest standards of service excellence. Direct supervisory responsibility of branch staff and direct customer contact with bottom line responsibility for customer service excellence.

Responsibilities: Lead by example with recruiting activity and recruiting calls to fill temp orders. Work collaboratively with our network of offices to facilitate the filling of client needs. Use interpersonal and relationship building skills to provide our clients with the highest caliber temporary employees. Proactively source and recruit candidates through referral networking, social media and formal recruiting sources.

Core Competencies/Skills: Multi tasking. Specifically, the ability to focus on bottom line results (filling orders) while maintaining our systems and procedures to company standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be bilingual English/Spanish. Able to effectively communicate with the highest level of management at our client companies, as well as hourly employees. Minimum of two years experience in the industrial staffing industry in a leadership role. Proficient with MS Office software to include Excel and Word as well as cloud based reports, email. Etc. Sound reasoning and common sense ability in guiding decisions and relationships towards desired results. Leadership. Motivate, guide, supervise and discipline staff.
