Location: Sparta, WI
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Department: Warehouse/Office

What You'll Do
  • Enter and maintain inventory information using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipment information accurately
  • Verify shipments, packing slips, and inventory counts
  • Prepare shipping documentation and labels
  • Maintain organized records and support general clerical warehouse functions
  • Communicate with warehouse staff to support timely order processing
  • Assist with daily shipping and receiving operations as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency, including experience with or the ability to learn a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Previous data entry, shipping, receiving, warehouse, or clerical experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable attendance and strong communication skills
  • A team-oriented attitude and willingness to support daily warehouse operations
Work Environment
This position works in a warehouse/office setting and involves data entry, clerical support, and shipping and receiving documentation. The role requires accuracy, organization, communication with warehouse staff, and comfort using computer systems to maintain shipment and inventory information.
