Primary <\/span>Responsibilities<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n

         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Being <\/span>prepared <\/span>for <\/span>work\- <\/span>such <\/span>as <\/span>clocking <\/span>in <\/span>on <\/span>time, <\/span>in <\/span>full <\/span>uniform, with <\/span>tools.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n

         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Station set up\- having all the necessary tools and equipment, the appropriate level of sanitation and mise en place.<\/span>
<\/p>\n

         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Production and Daily tasks\- should be completed in accordance with the provided recipes or information. A product of the finest quality is indicative of the Greenbrier standards.<\/span>
<\/p>\n

         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Sanitation\- such as proper hand washing, cutting boards are washed, rinsed, and sanitized after every use. Gloves are to be used to handle ready to eat foods. Sanitation solution is obtained by from the designated chemical dispensing area.<\/span>
<\/p>\n

         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Safety\/Maintenance\/Storage\- Picking up things on the floor, wiping up spills immediately, throwing <\/span>away <\/span>trash in <\/span>appropriate <\/span>containers. <\/span>Never <\/span>carry <\/span>too <\/span>many <\/span>items <\/span>at <\/span>one <\/span>time, use a carte or ask for help when carrying heavy objects.<\/span>
<\/p>\n

         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proper <\/span>close <\/span>out <\/span>procedures\- <\/span>All <\/span>food <\/span>are <\/span>returned <\/span>to <\/span>storage, <\/span>wrapped, <\/span>labeled, <\/span>dated <\/span>and initialed, <\/span>sealed <\/span>in <\/span>a <\/span>size <\/span>appropriate <\/span>container <\/span>and <\/span>stored <\/span>on <\/span>a <\/span>clean <\/span>shelf. <\/span>All <\/span>equipment <\/span>is turned off, cleaned and sanitized.<\/span>

Nine <\/span>(9) <\/span>months<\/u> <\/span>of <\/span>experience <\/span>at <\/span>a <\/span>hotel, <\/span>resort, <\/span>restaurant, <\/span>or <\/span>private <\/span>club <\/span>required. <\/span>successful completion of pre\-employment drug testing required; drug test may include hair follicle testing<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i>

One<\/span> <\/span>worksite<\/span> <\/span>located<\/span> <\/span>at<\/span> <\/span>101<\/span> <\/span>Main<\/span> <\/span>Street<\/span> <\/span>West,<\/span> <\/span>White<\/span> <\/span>Sulphur<\/span> <\/span>Springs,<\/span> <\/span>WV,<\/span> <\/span>no<\/span> <\/span>other<\/span> <\/span>worksites. <\/span>On\-the\-job training is provided.<\/span>

Wage:<\/span>      <\/span>Employer<\/span> <\/span>will  <\/span><\/span>pay  <\/span><\/span>$15.47  <\/span><\/span>per  <\/span><\/span>hour  <\/span><\/span>which  <\/span><\/span>is  <\/span><\/span>greater  <\/span><\/span>than  <\/span><\/span>the  <\/span><\/span>prevailing<\/span> <\/span>wage  <\/span><\/span>of<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

$14.02.  <\/span><\/span>Overtime is available and guaranteed at one and half times the offered wage which is no less than <\/span>$23.21 per hour. All wages will be paid bi\-weekly.<\/span>

Schedule: 35 hours per week minimum. <\/span>Work schedule can vary and can include evening and weekend <\/span>hours. <\/span>Work <\/span>may <\/span>be <\/span>performed <\/span>on <\/span>any <\/span>day <\/span>of <\/span>the <\/span>week <\/span>from <\/span>Monday <\/span>through <\/span>Sunday. <\/span>Work hours and shifts vary.<\/span>

A <\/span>single <\/span>workweek <\/span>will <\/span>be <\/span>used <\/span>to <\/span>compute wages <\/span>due. <\/span>Wages <\/span>are <\/span>paid <\/span>bi\-weekly.<\/span><\/span>

All deductions from paycheck will be made in accordance with and as required by law including but not limited proper deduction to ensure wages do not improperly fall below prevailing wage.<\/span>

If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will pay directly for and\/or reimburse <\/span>workers for <\/span>transportation and subsistence <\/span>from the place <\/span>of <\/span>recruitment <\/span>to the place <\/span>of work. <\/span>Upon <\/span>completion <\/span>of <\/span>the <\/span>work <\/span>contract <\/span>or <\/span>where <\/span>the <\/span>worker <\/span>is <\/span>dismissed <\/span>earlier, <\/span>employer <\/span>will provide <\/span>or <\/span>pay <\/span>for <\/span>worker's <\/span>reasonable <\/span>costs <\/span>of <\/span>return <\/span>transportation <\/span>and <\/span>subsistence <\/span>back <\/span>home <\/span>or to the place the <\/span>worker originally departed to work, except where the <\/span>worker will not return due <\/span>to subsequent <\/span>employment <\/span>with <\/span>another <\/span>employer. <\/span>The <\/span>employer <\/span>will <\/span>pay <\/span>directly <\/span>for <\/span>and\/or <\/span>reimburse workers for all reasonable inbound transportation and subsistence costs within the first <\/span>workweek. <\/span>The <\/span>employer <\/span>will <\/span>pay <\/span>directly <\/span>for <\/span>and\/or <\/span>reimburse <\/span>workers <\/span>for <\/span>all <\/span>reasonable <\/span>outbound transportation and subsistence costs during the last workweek. <\/span>The amount of transportation payment <\/span>or <\/span>reimbursement <\/span>will <\/span>be <\/span>equal <\/span>to <\/span>the <\/span>most <\/span>economical <\/span>and <\/span>reasonable <\/span>common <\/span>carrier <\/span>for the <\/span>distances <\/span>involved. <\/span>Daily <\/span>subsistence <\/span>will <\/span>be <\/span>provided <\/span>at <\/span>a <\/span>rate <\/span>of <\/span>$16.28 <\/span>per <\/span>day <\/span>during <\/span>travel <\/span>to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.<\/span>

The <\/span>employer guarantees to <\/span>offer work for hours equal to at least three <\/span>fourths <\/span>of <\/span>the <\/span>workdays in each 12\-week period of the total employment period.<\/span>

The employer will provide workers at no charge all <\/span>tools, supplies, <\/span>and <\/span>equipment required to perform <\/span>the job.<\/span>
