Description:

Impresiv Health is seeking a Senior QNXT Software Engineer with deep healthcare technology experience to support enterprise software development initiatives for a leading healthcare organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong architecture, integration, and development expertise, specifically within healthcare payer environments and QNXT platforms. The Senior Software Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting highly complex software solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.

What You Will Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise healthcare software solutions
  • Lead software architecture, requirements gathering, technical design, and coding initiatives
  • Develop and support integrations, APIs, connectors, and communication frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and deliver scalable solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Support software verification, validation, testing, and certification activities
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing customer and operational support
  • Participate in process improvements, value engineering, and future-state technology planning
  • Ensure software configuration management and change management best practices are followed

  • Proficiency coding in multiple programming languages
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
