A Solid Spartanburg law firm is seeking a social security legal assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MUST have a minimum of 2 years recent law firm experience
  • Social security disability experience
  • Familiar with HIPAA compliance
  • Proven record of requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records
  • Must be organized
  • Good communication skills
  • Have experience with case management software
  • Familiar with documentation required in this Social Security & Disability law
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Type 45+ wpm
