Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements & Process Mapping: Facilitate discovery sessions to document current vs. future-state authoring workflows, permissions, reporting, metadata/taxonomy rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Content Migration Support: Assist in mapping content inventories, ownership models, disposition rules, and validation criteria for migrating from Mentor to OpenText.
  • Testing & Operational Readiness: Support UAT by defining test scenarios, coordinating stakeholder participation, and tracking defects. Assist with training inputs, readiness checklists, and risk/dependency tracking.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst supporting platform implementations, content management, or system migrations.
  • Proven track record in requirements gathering, process/workflow mapping, and producing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Strong facilitation and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to track risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions across multiple workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with OpenText, Mentor, SharePoint, or enterprise knowledge/content management platforms.
  • Knowledge of taxonomy, metadata, document governance, and access controls.
  • Healthcare, health insurance, or regulated industry background.
  • Familiarity with change management, user training readiness, and stakeholder adoption support.

Core Deliverables
  • Business requirements, user stories, and traceability matrices
  • Current and future-state process maps
  • Content migration rules, metadata inputs, and access permissions logic
  • Risk, issue, dependency, and decision logs
