Job description

Haalufa USA, Inc., is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer‑oriented professional to fill an Executive Secretary Position for one of the largest rail service organizations in the DMV Area – District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.

Daily Tasks
  • Perform full range of clerical, procedural and administrative support duties for the General Manager.
  • Independently arrange conferences and meetings, notifying all participants of time, place and subject; arrange catering services when required.
Education Requirements

High School diploma or GED.

Work Experience
  • Five (5) years of administrative assistance/secretary experience at the Executive level.
  • Must have critical thinking, sound judgment and decision‑making skills.
  • Must be adaptable, flexible, thrive and dynamic.
  • Attention to detail: thoroughness, accuracy.
Hours and Overtime

Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. The COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty‑seven and one‑half (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one‑half hour unpaid lunch break. Overtime: Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week are considered overtime and must be approved by the COTR in advance.
