As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Greet guests promptly and courteously.
  • Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Input orders into POS systems and communicate with kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
  • Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Clear tables, reset for the next guests, roll silverware, and maintain a clean dining area.
  • Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints with a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with team members and support other roles as needed.
