FACILITIES MANAGER - SENIOR LOCATION: Warner Robins, GA JOB STATUS: Full-time CLEARANCE: Secret TRAVEL: as needed   Astrion has an exciting temporary opportunity for a Facilities Manager located at the Robins AFB in Warner Robins, GA. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Possesses the advanced knowledge, experience, and recognized ability to be considered highly skilled in their technical / professional field. May oversee contractor personnel within the technical / professional discipline. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of their technical / professional discipline as well as possess a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures, and practices in their area of expertise. Poses an active SECRET clearance
Experience managing DoD or other Government facilities
Experience planning and budgeting for facility renovations, modifications, or updates to include communication infrastructure and electrical/power capability
12 yrs of experience with Bachelor's degree or 15 years' experience with proper certifications RESPONSIBILITIES Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs.
Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
Record and maintain information on safety certifications and inspections
Manage data, adjust, and track work orders
Act as a liaison/focal point with all functional branches and shop supervisors
Project work schedules and recurring work plans
Dispatch service calls and do-it-now emergency response teams
Collect and record budget information
Coordinate with engineering technicians for mechanical equipment, air conditioning, refrigeration, fire systems, stand-by emergency power, and related preventative maintenance programs
Oversee the assignment of reserved parking spaces
Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of facility
Support Group readiness for Base Readiness Exercises and Unit Compliance Inspection activities as required
Help manage Division self-inspection process, including checklist tracking and completion, MICT Administrator
Utilize SOCCER, Workflow, LiveLink, and other necessary Government tracking systems
Manage all Official Mail, Fed Ex, and UPS pickups/deliveries
Assist with Building Evacuation Plans, ensure compliance with accountability requirements
