Title: Customer Service Representative III
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA- Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM-5 PM)
Type: Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $27/Hr. on W2.
We are hiring a Customer Service Associate for a 100% onsite opportunity in Aliso Viejo, CA. This is a temp-to-hire role supporting customer order management and internal sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders via phone, email, fax, and online portal
- Verify pricing, quantities, shipping details, and customer information
- Resolve order issues, billing discrepancies, returns, and replacements
- Coordinate with Shipping and Accounting teams for timely fulfillment
- Maintain records in ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, and SAP
- Support hospitals, surgery centers, and internal sales representative
Requirements: - 2+ years of customer service, order entry, or order management experience
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce, SAP preferred)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and data entry skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Healthcare or medical device industry experience is a plus
