Job description

14699 – Salesforce Technical Product Owner (onsite) – Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Experience driving the strategic health, security posture, and architectural evolution of the enterprise Salesforce footprint spanning FPL, FPLES, NEER, and Everbright.
• Experience operating at the intersection of platform governance, operational risk, and continuous delivery owing the Salesforce platform as a product with a bias for proactive management, compliance, and long-term sustainability.
• Speak fluently to both engineers and executives, translating platform risk into business impact with clarity and confidence.
Responsibilities:
• Own the technical health roadmap across all the Client’s Salesforce orgs, monitoring and resolving Apex performance bottlenecks, integration failures, and platform limit risks before they impact operations
• Partner with Salesforce Signature Success and internal engineering squads to prioritize and resolve critical platform issues with accountability and urgency
• Establish org-level health KPIs and drive continuous improvement across asynchronous processing, callout latency, and database efficiency
• Lead The Client's response to Salesforce security enforcement changes, including MFA mandates, phishing-resistant authentication, email domain verification, and transaction security policy enhancements
• Maintain a current controls posture aligned with SOX compliance, auditability, and The Client's enterprise risk framework
• Serve as the primary liaison to Salesforce Security and internal Cybersecurity teams for incident response and threat landscape awareness
• Govern the lifecycle of platform features across all The Client’s Salesforce orgs, ensuring timely adoption of evolving platform capabilities and proactive retirement of deprecated features
