Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000 to $52,000 annually plus commission to be negotiated


Responsibilities

  • Conduct and analyze market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Engage in warm calling to establish connections with prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers through effective communication.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
