Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to high-risk labor and delivery patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage complex maternal and neonatal emergencies.
  • Float between units as needed, including high-risk antepartum and postpartum units.
  • Perform and monitor fetal diagnostic tests such as NST and OCT.
  • Administer and manage labor-inducing medications and monitor patient responses.
  • Document in Epic to ensure accurate and timely patient records.
Qualifications
  • Active RN license in WA or Compact State required upon application submission.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent labor and delivery experience required.
  • Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications required.
  • Experience in a teaching hospital and Level II Trauma Center preferred.
  • Proficiency with Epic charting system required.
  • Ability to work weekends and rotate shifts as needed.
