Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct patient care in the CVICU, utilizing specialized knowledge for critical cardiovascular patients.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage cardiac and critical care equipment, including arterial lines and ventilators.
  • Administer necessary medications and therapies, adhering to protocols for patient safety.
  • Provide patient and family education on care plans and recovery processes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic system.
Qualifications
  • Active RN license in WA or Compact RN license.
  • Minimum 2 years of CVICU experience required.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and CCRN certifications required.
  • Proficiency with Epic charting system preferred.
  • Prior experience in a Level II Trauma Center is beneficial.
  • Strong ability to manage patient loads and work efficiently under pressure.
