Quick Facts Location: 1086 Franklin Street, Johnstown, PA 15905 Start Date: 06/26/2026 Shift: 12- or 24-hour shifts; no call coverage as shifts are in-house Hours/week: Varies based on shift schedule Employment Type: Per diem with potential for full-time / permanent placement Licensure/Certifications: Current PA license required; neonatal experience preferred Experience: Proven experience in Level III NICU settings required Pay & Benefits Pay: $1.00/hour (pay package discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You’ll Do Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting Conduct procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, umbilical and PICC line insertion, arterial sticks, and assisting with IV insertions Support neonatal resuscitation and stabilization efforts based on unit protocols Transport neonates as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care Cover scheduled shifts, as needed, including specific dates throughout the year What You Need Required: Valid PA RN license or Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant certification in PA Neonatal or Level III NICU experience Ability to perform key neonatal procedures described above Flexibility to work scheduled shifts on specific dates Preferred: Experience with neonatal transport Additional certifications relevant to neonatal care About the Assignment This assignment is with a leading facility in Johnstown, PA, providing critical neonatal care within a well-equipped Level III NICU.
