We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nursing Team in Seattle, Washington. This role offers a focused opportunity to apply specialized neonatal care skills while working a consistent 12-hour night shift schedule with 3 days on and 4 days off. The position emphasizes a patient-centered approach, strong teamwork, and reliable communication in a critical care environment. Visa sponsorship is considered for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor neonatal patients to assess and respond to changes in condition
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Document patient status and care accurately and timely
  • Collaborate effectively with NICU care team members
