Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents' medical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Monitor and Assess: Observe residents' conditions, communicate changes, and document findings accurately.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments safely and in compliance with physician orders and facility protocols.
