Trailblazer Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Roseburg, Oregon.

Job Description & Requirements

Minimum Requirements: 2 years of experience in the job specialty, BLS certification, and any applicable state licensure or specialty certifications required for the role.

As a Home Health nurse, also known as a Home Health RN, you will provide patient care in home settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
  • Administer medications and monitor patient progress
  • Educate patients and families on ongoing care
