Job Summary

Position Summary
Grady Health System is seeking highly motivated and dedicatedStudent Registered Nurse Anesthetist (SRNA) and StudentAnesthesiology Assistants (SAA)to join our dynamic anesthesia team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of experienced Anesthetists, gaining hands-on clinical experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of anesthesia for surgical and diagnostic procedures under supervision.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition during procedures.
  • Collaborate with the anesthesia team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in preoperative and postoperative patient assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and infection control standards.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Nurse Anesthesia or Anesthesiology Assistant Program and within one year of graduation
  • Strong commitment to patient safety, quality care, and professional growth.
