Summary of Job Duties:
**Position is an overnight position - 9:30 pm to 5:30 am**
Professional position that provides clinical information and recommendations regarding toxic or potentially toxic exposures received from health care providers and the public throughout the APDIC's designated region. In addition, providing clinical information regarding the use of medications to healthcare providers and the public throughout APDIC's designated region.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a licensed nurse/RN
  • Preferred ED or Critical Care experience but new graduates with past LPN experience in those areas will be considered.

Additional Information:
  • Providing information and treatment advice to callers regarding toxic exposures or potentially toxic exposures. Creating and updating the electronic medical records created by these inquires.
  • Providing educational information on toxic substances and drug substances to callers.
  • Assisting in the education/instruction of professional students and residents.
  • Other duties as assigned.
