Description: The Wound Care RN is responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and skin care needs. Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to promote healing, prevent complications, and educate patients and caregivers on wound care best practices.
