MLR is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our client's exceptional Labor and Delivery team. Located in a vibrant community, we are dedicated to providing outstanding care for expectant mothers while fostering a safe and nurturing environment for both mother and baby.
Key Responsibilities for an RN:
  • Continuously monitor patients throughout labor and delivery, tracking vital signs and fetal heart rates.
  • Provide hands-on care during labor, including medication administration, assisting with deliveries, and managing pain relief.
  • Educate patients and families about the labor process, delivery options, and postpartum care.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and healthcare staff to ensure a coordinated and seamless delivery experience.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records throughout all phases of labor and delivery.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies or complications, adhering to established hospital protocols.
  • Uphold a clean and safe environment by following infection control guidelines and hospital policies.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
