UNIT MANAGER - REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
Pay: $33.25-$43.65 per hour
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus | Full-Time
Sumter Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as Unit Manager. Located in York, Alabama, near Meridian, this position offers an opportunity to lead a nursing team while making a direct impact on resident care.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily nursing operations of the assigned unit
  • Supervise and support nurses and CNAs
  • Monitor resident care and changes in condition
  • Help ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
  • Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
  • Participate in the leadership on-call rotation and floor coverage as needed

Qualifications:
  • Current Alabama RN license
  • Long-term care experience preferred
