Contracts Coordinator III /SCM Support Specialist

Function: Supply Chain Management / Contracts Administration

Experience Level: Mid–Senior Level

Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Travel: Occasional travel may be required (valid driver's license required)

Position Summary

The Contracts Coordinator III supports the Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization by providing contract and sourcing system support to transaction teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate contract documentation, supplier compliance tracking, system updates, and lifecycle coordination across enterprise business units.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with strong analytical skills, experience in contract administration, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier & System Support

  • Process supplier registration adds and changes in support of Supplier Information and Process Solutions (SIPS)
  • Track and escalate insurance certificate renewals for service contracts
  • Support contract-related system updates and documentation
  • Coordinate Maximo contract record expiration/review dates to amend, extend, or terminate agreements
  • Maintain and update master contract compliance documentation

Contract Drafting & Processing

  • Draft and process low-risk contract documents, including:
    • Statements of Work (SOWs)
    • Change Orders
    • Contract Amendments
    • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Support enterprise software renewals
  • Monitor and track contract amendments and modifications

Contract Coordination & Management

  • Lead coordination of contracts for complex projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business units on contract negotiations
  • Assess and mitigate contract-related risks
  • Support contract dispute resolution when necessary

Compliance & Reporting

  • Monitor and evaluate contract performance and compliance
  • Maintain a comprehensive contract database
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies
  • Provide reporting and coordination with business units and contract agents

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Mentor junior contract coordinators
  • Provide contract administration training and guidance
  • Act as a subject matter expert in contract administration
  • Drive process improvements and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Contract Administration
  • Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environments
  • Experience managing data and document-sharing systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with short turnaround times
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Maximo ERP or contract management systems
  • Experience supporting supplier compliance and contract lifecycle management
  • Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
