Groundskeeper – Hotel Resort

Location: Pompano Beach, FL

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Flexible schedule required. Must be available to work 1st shift and 2nd shift, including morning and afternoon hours.

Position Overview:

Customer Driven Staffing is currently seeking a reliable Groundskeeper for a hotel resort located in Pompano Beach, FL. This is a temporary position for candidates who are dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in a hospitality environment.

The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the front exterior areas of the hotel resort and helping keep the property clean, safe, and presentable for guests.


Responsibilities:

Maintain and clean the front exterior areas of the hotel resort.

Remove debris, trash, and leaves from assigned areas.

Use a golf cart to move around the property as needed.

Operate blowers to clean walkways, entrances, and outdoor spaces.

Use pressure cleaners for exterior cleaning tasks.

Keep resort grounds clean, organized, and guest-ready.

Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Assist with general groundskeeping duties as assigned.


Requirements:

Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to work.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Must be available for 1st shift and 2nd shift.

Must be comfortable working outdoors.

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks during the shift.

Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, maintenance, or hotel/resort experience is preferred but not required.
