Duties:
Job Summary:This position is accountable for creative initiatives for assigned service line(s). Is the key point of contact between the creative team and the requester. Required to work directly with physicians and staff to advance initiatives in line with brand/creative standards. This position works primarily independently and supports senior account team members on larger or complex projects. The Account Manager understands and embraces service line's overall business goals and priorities to effectively plan creative work and integrate strategic objectives. This position champions service line's initiatives-ensuring service delivery is meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
-Helps orchestrate the delivery teams to ensure we act as one cohesive unit/team with the highest level of client satisfaction.
-Forecasts and manages overall work portfolio; effectively anticipating, identifying, and driving initiatives and working with divisional leadership to establish priorities.
-Accountable for building and nurturing meaningful relationships with service lines that ensures client feels a strong sense of partnership and engagement.
-Lead engagement planning; mobilize and manage delivery/engagement teams, collaborating on the definition of deliverables and project schedules, and team resource management.
-Influence and inspire teams to collaborate effectively and promote a service mindset.
-Partner with other Account Managers, Creative leads and Project Managers to ensure work is innovative and on-brand.
-Serve as a brand ambassador inside the organization, and a resource to senior leadership on brand evolution and alignment.
-Lead the brief-creation process, serving as an expert in identifying opportunities and recommending creative and strategic solutions.
Skills: Required Skills & Experience:
-Four (4) years of relevant experience in Brand Management, Account Management or Project Management.
-Experience in project teams involving the planning and execution of creative production (digital, web, print and especially film/video).
-Experience with Workfront or other project management platforms.
-A highly collaborative, big-picture thinker, who can conceptualize and execute their work within the larger picture of business objectives.
-A savvy communicator and presenter, an excellent leader of people and teams, an outstanding account lead and a relationship builder who drives results.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Agency / Creative management experience.OR-Experience working in or for a large, highly matrixed environment without continuous guidance.
Education: Required Education:-Bachelor's degree preferred in a related academic field (advertising, marketing, communications or related field).
Schedule Notes: Shift: 9-5 CST M-F (remote) Skills: Strong writing skills (creative briefs, email communications), experience with Microsoft Teams Details: This is a temporary, short-term need. The manager wants to make sure that this is very clear. It is only a temporary short-term need.
