The Lawson Infor Functional Systems Lead plays a key role in supporting and advancing the organization’s Infor Lawson and Infor CloudSuite applications that underpin critical hospital operations. This role is part of a frontline ERP team that leads system implementations, supports acquisitions, and partners with the organization during periods of growth and change. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping integrate new entities, modernize systems, and ensure seamless transitions that support patient care and business continuity.

This is a handson, collaborative role where you will serve as a trusted functional partner to clinical, financial, and operational teams. As the primary IT point of contact for assigned functional areas, you will help ensure data integrity, lead and coordinate testing efforts, configure system functionality, develop reports, and analyze workflows to improve efficiency and maintain regulatory compliance. You will be actively involved in CloudSuite and Lawson upgrades, implementations, and postgolive support, working closely with IT and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.


In addition to your functional contributions, you will help strengthen the team by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and promoting best practices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of healthcare operations and technology, thrives in implementationfocused environments, and wants to be part of a team that supports growth, innovation, and longterm ERP transformation. We are actively hiring across Payroll, Finance, HRIS, and SCM modules.

Required qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering related field or equivalent work experience required.
  2. Ability to travel up to 50%.
  3. 6+ years of Lawson/Infor systems full life cycle implementation work experience is required.
  4. 5+ years of experience with both Lawson v.10 and v.11, and Infor Cloud Suite.
  5. Experience integrating Lawson/Infor systems with EPIC/Meditech Clinical Systems is required.
  6. Proven hands-on experience of Lawson/Infor system implementation in a healthcare setting required.
  7. Proven hands-on experience of Lawson/Infor modules is a must.
  8. Reporting, Budgeting and Planning, Process Flow Setup, Crystal Report Writing, LBI (including smart notifications and frame work), and Lawson Add-ins required.
  9. Ability to define Process flows for Infor Process Automation is required.
  10. Hands-On experience in Data Conversion Techniques and Methodologies required.
  11. Proven experience with Lawson end user support and troubleshooting is a must.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of hands on IT systems/Technology experience.
  2. Project Management experience will be a plus.
  3. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $80,000.00 to $130,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
