Pay:Â $23Â - $26 / hourÂ
Schedule: Flexible scheduling available. Hours vary based on client assignment and availability.

Summer Position Details - Temporary summer employment through approximately August/September 2026Â

Responsibilities- Work one-on-one with children using ABA therapy techniquesÂ
- Help build communication, social, and daily living skillsÂ
- Create a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environmentÂ
- Track progress and celebrate milestonesÂ
- Use simple data tools to measure growth and improvementÂ
- Collaborate with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support each child’s personalized planÂ
Required Skills- 1+ year of experience working with children (education, ABA, childcare, behavioral health, or related field)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Willingness to travel up to 25 miles from the office
- Ability to pass a background check and TB test
- Ability to work in clinic, school, and home settings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with Autism
- RBT certification
- Bachelor's degree or coursework in Psychology, Child Development, Education, or a related field
- Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Korean
