• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for growth.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness practices in individual, family, and group therapy contexts.
• Regularly monitor client progress through tracked outcomes and adapt treatment approaches based on the latest clinical research and feedback.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients in distress.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records in line with ethical and legal standards to ensure quality care and continuity of services.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other allied health professionals to create a holistic treatment approach for clients.
• Engage in professional development through continuous education, supervision, and training to sharpen clinical skills.
• Stay informed about current research and methodologies in mental health to deliver the highest standards of care and treatment.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines outlined by state licensing boards and professional organizations.

The clients we serve come from a wide range of backgrounds and experience varied emotional and psychological conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic competencies with a strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage meaningfully with clients.

• Experience working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Thorough understanding of ethical guidelines and state laws governing mental health practices.

• A minimum of three years of experience working in a mental health counseling capacity, ideally focusing on outpatient services.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities.

• Attractive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside potential bonus opportunities.
