Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for growth.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness practices in individual, family, and group therapy contexts.
  • Regularly monitor client progress through tracked outcomes and adapt treatment approaches based on the latest clinical research and feedback.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients in distress.
