• Collaborate with clients’ family members when appropriate, monitoring their behavioral changes and responses to treatment to ensure effective care.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' underlying issues, which will aid in developing personalized therapeutic models.
• Make informed referrals to psychiatrists or advanced practice registered nurses (APRN) for further assessment and additional support when necessary.
• Provide actionable solutions and strategies to help clients struggling with low self-esteem, addiction, family-related challenges, or suicidal ideation.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of client interactions, analyzing collected data to determine the most suitable treatment methodologies for each individual.
• Participate in regular case consultations and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to foster holistic client care.

Our counseling services are designed for individuals from various backgrounds, including those facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as clients battling substance use disorders. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted licenses as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice with a clean record, including a lack of medical malpractice claims confirmed through third-party verification.
• Authorization to practice and work within the United States.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling environments is highly valued.
• Previous work with diverse populations, particularly individuals with dual diagnoses or complex mental health needs.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to assist with documentation and client management.
• Skills in employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques appropriate for virtual settings.

You will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and the caseload you manage.
