About the Role
We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about healthcare, and providing independent healthcare practitioners the best single solution for delivering high quality care to patients. If you nerd out on positioning and messaging, love diving deep into market research and competitive intelligence, and think any time spent talking to customers is time well spent, this is the job for you. This role serves as the nexus of knowledge for EHR and care delivery products for the private practice market.
Your Area of Focus

  • Analyze and report on key metrics, including customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to product marketing and healthcare to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly competitive intelligence that draws on internal and external data, research and analysis and uses the voice of our customer.
Your Professional Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS preferred. Healthcare technology and EHR experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a proven track record in voice of the customer activities.
  • Experience developing positioning and messaging for complex products in heavily regulated and competitive markets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
