• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to establish the mental health status and needs of clients, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals, emphasizing culturally competent approaches and client empowerment.
• Provide one-on-one therapy to adult clients, using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused methodologies.
• Deliver therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms, ensuring a comfortable environment that fosters open communication and engagement.
• Offer timely crisis intervention services when needed, demonstrating effective de-escalation strategies and support.

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients facing a diverse range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients.

• A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions on your license.
