What You’ll Do 
Front Desk Responsibilities 

  • Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism 
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently 
  • Verify patient information and assist with intake paperwork 
  • Collect payments and support the checkout process 
  • Coordinate with providers, medical assistants, and PT staff to maintain smooth patient flow 
  • Keep the reception area organized and professional 
Clinic / Back Office Support 

  • Assist with patient room preparation when needed 
  • Assist provider with procedures 
  • Help maintain clean and stocked treatment areas 
  • Support basic administrative and clinical workflow tasks 
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff regarding scheduling, follow-ups, and patient needs 
  • Step in where needed to help the team succeed during busy periods
