Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities
  • Circulate complex cardiovascular and thoracic cases including CABG, AVR, and MVR surgeries.
  • Participate in procedures such as Ascending Aortic Aneurysms and Aortic Root Replacements.
  • Handle surgeries like Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repairs and Femoral-Popliteal Bypass.
  • Engage in Carotid Endarterectomy, AV fistula placements, and Impella device insertion.
  • Assist in ECMO cases, thoracotomy, and the use of Ventricular Assist Devices.
  • Ensure patient safety and compliance with hospital protocols, maintaining a 1:1 patient ratio.
Qualifications
  • Active IN state RN license and current BLS certification.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in cardiovascular operating room settings.
  • Expertise in cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases.
  • Ability to circulate cardiovascular surgeries including CABG and AVR.
  • Proficiency in handling thoracic surgical cases and robotic thoracotomy.
  • Experience with Cerner EMR system preferred.
