Job description

Job Summary
Join our team in providing engaging after-school enrichment opportunities for students! The Expanded Learning Instructor plans and delivers high-quality enrichment classes such as STEAM, Coding, Robotics, Arts, Music, Leadership, Journalism, Yearbook, and academic support in a safe, positive learning environment. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, supervising students, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with school staff, and fostering student engagement and growth.
Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree or at least two years of recent experience in their area of expertise. Strong communication, classroom management, and instructional skills are essential. Teaching credential, CPR/First Aid certification, and bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
This is a temporary, part-time position (up to 18 hours per week) funded through ELOP/ASES. Hourly pay ranges from $29.65-$60.00, based on experience and credentials.
