Job description

A Packing and Kitting Associate Plays a vital role in preparing custom retail point-of-purchase (POP) signage and promotional displays for national distribution. This fast-paced role is tied closely to tight printing deadlines. It involves assembling customized signage kits, verifying order accuracy, and safely packaging materials.


Shifts Available:

1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

2nd shift (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)


Job Responsibilities

  • Kitting and Assembly: Build, arrange, and pre-assemble complex promotional kits containing items like floor graphics, aisle markers, and menu boards.
  • Secure Packaging: Pack finished custom print products according to exact client specifications to prevent transit damage.
  • Quality Control: Verify correct quantities, substrate types, and promotional items against job tickets.
  • Labeling & Logistics: Apply custom distribution labels and use pallet jacks or shrink-wrap machinery to prepare orders for shipment.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain an organized, clean workspace adhering to production facility safety protocols
