Job description

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Talent Management Project Assistant to support a paperless filing project for our Phoenix, AZ office. This on-site role is dedicated solely to the digitization and organization of personnel and benefits records and is expected to last up to six months, with the potential for extension based on project progress.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Digitize and electronically file personnel and benefits documents in accordance with firm standards.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all scanned and uploaded records.
  • Organize and maintain electronic file structures within the firm's document management system.
  • Collaborate with the Document Control Coordinator to meet project milestones and timelines.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of electronic files.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prior experience with electronic document filing and records management is required.
  • Familiarity with NetDocuments or similar document management systems is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a law firm or legal department setting is preferred.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with scanning equipment and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
