Overview

Fallon is looking for an Associate Creative Director.

Responsibilities

An Associate Creative Director is responsible to consistently deliver ideas superior to peers that are on strategy and creatively fresh. They are a creative who can craft a presentation and story to sell their own ideas, and present those ideas effectively. They can operate with little oversight and oversee teams for projects or small brands. This position will also maintain senior-level client contact and relationships and mentor internally. This role is often a pathway to a Creative Director position.We are seeking candidates who have a passion for social and for bringing Fallon's history of creative excellence into 21st-Century platforms.

This role will have the opportunity to create internet-breaking work.

The best portfolios will show a range of award-winning social-first projects, from content to campaigns to reactive moments to activations. Of course, we love candidates who have had viral moments on their own personal platforms as well.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years as a creative.
  • Experience developing and leading creative for product launches.
  • Can own a room with strong storytelling and pitching abilities, with exceptional presentation skills.
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas and executions.
  • Prior creation of award-winning or breakthrough work.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Be obsessed with creative solutions to client's business needs and objectives.
  • Lead with passion for the work, be obsessive about language and craft.
  • Push team to put out world-famous work. 
  • Recommend and help manage staffing and compensations changes.
  • Maintain professional relationships with external vendors, partners and freelancers.
  • Promote agency culture and values.

Compensation Range: $127,585 - $183,330 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
