Job description

Our client, manufacturing and warehouse operations industry is seeking an Assembly - Warehouse Quality to join their team for a Temporary Project. In this Temp role, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting team involved in product inspection, packing, and general warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Temp Assembly - Warehouse Quality

Location: Cokato, MN

Pay Range: $22/hr

Shift: Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

What's the Job?

  • Pack and unpack large boxes and products for inspection and review
  • Identify and report product damage or manufacturing defects
  • Read and use a tape measure accurately
  • Use basic hand tools as needed
  • Assist in building crates or packaging structures (training provided if needed)

What's Needed?

  • Strong work ethic and reliability (consistent attendance is critical)
  • Ability to follow directions and take feedback
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn
  • Experience with crate building or woodworking is a plus
