A rapidly growing electro manufacturing company in Camas, Washington, is seeking a temporary HR Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring and HR activities. In this hands-on role, you will partner with hiring managers and the HR team to coordinate recruiting, onboarding, employee changes, and other essential HR processes.
 This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values accuracy and confidentiality, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 Temporary Recruiting Coordinator Duties:
  • Manage hiring for manufacturing, facilities, and logistics roles, from job postings to pre-employment checks.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating updates and keeping the hiring process on track.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to facilitate candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Engage in outreach and affirmative action efforts through community connections and career fairs.
  • Maintain employee progression records and assist with HR documentation.
  • Assist with HR projects and provide administrative support as needed.

Schedule:
 Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pay:
 $24.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience

 Temporary Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an HR certification.
  • Experience supporting recruiting or HR activities in a manufacturing or similar operational environment.
